Update on Kristaps Porzingis' Injury Status for Celtics-Cavs Game

The Boston Celtics go to Ohio on Tuesday evening to face the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Celtics may be without one of their finest players for the game because 2018 NBA All-Star Kristaps Porzingis is out with an injury

In 44 games, he is averaging 20.3 points, 6.9 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and 1.8 blocks, while shooting 52.6% from the field and 37.5% from three.

The Celtics are the #1 seed in the Eastern Conference (and the greatest club in the NBA) with a 48-12 record after 60 games.

They are now on an 11-game winning streak, having recently defeated Klay Thompson and the Golden State Warriors 140-88.

Following their game against the Cavs, the Celtics will travel to Denver to face the Nuggets on Thursday evening.

Meanwhile, the Cavaliers are having an amazing season, sitting third in the Eastern Conference with a 39-21 record in 60 games.

They are 5-5 in their last ten games, most recently losing to the New York Knicks 107-98.
