The newest 2024 NFL mock draft from USA Today has J.J. McCarthy in the top-10, Drake Maye sliding.  

We've reached the post-NFL combine phase of mock draft season, and the talk over J.J. McCarthy has reached a fever pitch.  

The Michigan quarterback performed well in Indianapolis, and it appears that estimates have him locked into the first round... and possibly the top ten.  

He did not appear in our most recent Christian D'Andrea mock, but he may appear in future FTW mocks.  

In the most recent USA TODAY Sports mock draft, Nate Davis had McCarthy going No. 6 overall to the New York Giants  

Daniel Jones isn't the solution, and Drake Maye going No. 8 to the Atlanta Falcons.  

Yes, despite his very minimal usage in the passing game at Ann Arbour, where he was surrounded by an excellent supporting cast
