The Falcons have re-signed guard Ryan Neuzil.

Summit Athletes has confirmed that guard Ryan Neuzil would remain with the Falcons for the 2024 season.

The terms of the agreement were not released, but Neuzil, as an exclusive rights free agent, just needed a tender offer from the Falcons to stay with the team and avoid free agency.

Neuzil joins the Falcons after being undrafted by Appalachian State in 2021. While he spent his rookie season on the practice squad, he appeared in nine games in 2022 and played every game last season, starting four of them.

With all of the regular starters returning to the offensive line, Neuzil is expected to compete for the backup spot he held last season.

Last summer, general manager Ran Carthon signed Al-Shaair to a one-year, $5 million contract after parting ways with David

Long Jr. and Zach Cunningham at the position. Carthon was familiar with Al-Shaair from their time together on the San Francisco 49ers. It turned out to be an exceptional signing.

For the first time in his career, Al-Shaair flourished as an unquestionable starter on every down.

The former undrafted free agent from FAU was a workhorse for the Titans defence, appearing in all 17 games and recording a personal high of 163 tackles. Al-Shaair finished sixth in the league in tackles.
