Taylor Swift joked about tripping and nearly falling during the Tokyo Eras concert. 'My life flashed before me.'  

Swift swiftly recovered her balance. Before beginning the following song, she lets out a sigh of relief as the audience laughs. 

"I almost went off the Folklore hut, but I didn't," she says into the microphone, laughing, "And that's the lesson. "My life flashed before my eyes." 

"I'm good, it's all good," she says. "I'm just glad I didn't fall over the Folklore hut, you know what I mean? "What a wonderful night in Tokyo." 

Friday's event was the third of four planned Eras dates at the Tokyo Dome, with Swift's final night at the venue set for Saturday (February 10).  

Fans expect her to go back to the United States shortly after to get in Las Vegas in time for the Super Bowl, when her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, and the Kansas City Chiefs will meet the San Francisco 49ers. 

At Wednesday's (Feb. 7) gig in Japan, the "Karma" singer discussed her historic album of the year triumph at the 2024 Grammys days earlier,  

as well as how long she's been working on her newly announced album, The Tortured Poets Department. "I've been working on it for about two years," 

she informed the audience. "I kept working on it throughout the U.S. tour, and when it was perfect - in my opinion when it's good enough for you - I finished it, and I am so, so excited that soon you'll get to hear it."
