Swift Announces New Album Release: "I've Got an Album to Release" as She Wraps Up Her Eras Tour Before "The Tortured Poets Department"

Why? While preparing her new record, she is taking a break from her international tour.

On Sunday (March 10), the pop star posted on Instagram to mark the end of an Eras Tour leg after six live gigs at the Singapore National Stadium.

“We played 6 shows in Singapore for the best crowds. I want to thank everyone who traveled and worked so hard to attend.

Amazing way to end this tour leg! Come back to the Eras Tour in May! Swift signed off with a white heart and pen emoji, stating that she had an album to share.

She'll return to The Eras tour two months from now with four Paris shows on May 9-12.

Swift updated her post with five photographs from the Singapore stage, starting with a black-and-white image to match The Tortured Poets Department.

Swift surprise-announced her 11th studio album at the 2024 Grammys in February. It arrives April 19.

At her Feb. 7 Japan concert, the diva said, “I’ve been working on Tortured Poets since right after I turned in Midnights.
