In 'Choosing Love Is Always Worth It', Amy Robach 'couldn't help how much' she liked T.J. Holmes before romance.

Amy Robach reflects on how she met T.J. Holmes and how modestly she fell in love.

Reflecting on the past year, the former co-hosts of GMA3: What You Need to Know, Amy and T.J., opened up about the life lessons they've learned on Tuesday's episode of their podcast, Amy & T.J.

The 50-year-old Robach laughed and said, "I learned that it's better to fall into like, and then walk into love." She then went on to describe how she "chose love after falling into like."

"My feelings for you were overwhelming. She said of Holmes, 46, "I just always liked being around you." Robach added that she still had a "few bruises" from the fall, and Holmes joked that she "stumbled into love."

In their ongoing reflections on the past year, Robach said she's come to realize that "choosing love is always worth it."

When images of Robach and Holmes cuddling up together appeared in November 2022, the world learned of their romance. Robach and Holmes had not yet verified their separation from Andrew Shue, their ex-husband, and Marilee Fiebig, their ex-wife, respectively.

Due to the company's investigation into their romance, Robach and Holmes were "temporarily" removed from GMA3 on December 5, 2022. The following month, it was formally announced that they would not be returning to their roles at ABC News.

Robach provided additional details about their romance—which she referred to as "the most beautiful relationship I've ever had in my life"—in the podcast's premiere episode from last month.
