  If you're thinking smoothie, you're accurate. Bulsiewicz stated that he and his wife made smoothies "every single day.

 The four essential ingredients are fresh or frozen blueberries, bananas, soymilk, and broccoli sprouts

 From there, simply combine your ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

"That's literally all you need," he said. "To take it to the next level, add some ground flaxseeds or hemp. Maybe some walnuts to get those good fats going."
