Banana chia pudding 

Ingredients: – 2 ripe banana – 1/4 cup chia seed – 1 cup milk (you can use almond milk, coconut milk, or any milk of your choice)

Ingredients: – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) – Sweetener of your choice, such as honey, maple syrup, or agave syrup (optional) – Toppings: sliced bananas, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or berries (optional)

Mash the bananas: Peel the ripe bananas and mash them in a bowl until smooth. 

Mix in chia seeds: Add chia seeds to the mashed bananas and stir well until they are evenly distributed. 

Add liquid: Pour in the milk and vanilla extract (if using) into the banana-chia mixture. Stir until everything is well combined. If you want to sweeten your pudding, you can add your preferred sweetener at this stage. 

Let it sit: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or put it in an airtight container. Place it in the refrigerator to chill and allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid. 

Serve: Once the pudding has thickened to your desired consistency, take it out of the refrigerator. Give it a good stir to mix everything together. You can adjust the consistency by adding more milk if it's too thick. 

Top and enjoy: Serve the banana chia pudding in bowls or glasses. You can top it with sliced bananas, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or berries for added flavor and texture. 

Storage: Any leftover pudding can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
